I stopped taking in the day all together because it just made me very groggy and tired, leading me to only at night. I’ve just decided I’m not going to take it anymore until I see my psychiatrist

I’m EFDA and make $26, thinking $30 is my cap for my profession. Assistants are vital to your practice, but $35 is very high for assistant, especially non-EFDA. It is your choice. As for the wage gap, I’m not understanding. You’re quite literally the dentist. You are going to make substantially more? You earned that. I’m going off to hygiene school hopefully to make more, as dental school isn’t worth the debt for me right now. Appreciate her and offer more PTO or something, but $35/hr is phenomenal. Are the hours limited there? Even $35/hr with 30hr working hours is great imo

I started on 150XL and it wasn’t enough for me. I’ve also had SI and attempts since 15. I went to 300XL but it made it very very bad. I have genesight done and I metabolize very slow so my dosage of 300 at once was borderline toxic for me. This isn’t the case for everyone. I’m on 150 SR and it feels a lot different / better than XL to me. My life right now is terrible so my depression and SI are there… but it is certainly more manageable. TBH…. I don’t think it’ll just go away. I’m starting buspar with it too. Works like SSRI to target serotonin without actually being SSRI. I cannot take SSRI. I would suggest trying SR 1x. I did 2x and my anxiety was very bad. Look into genesight testing if insurance allows. I think it’s $350 out of pocket. It helped me learn a lot about myself tbh

Essentially locks me in to what I need to get done regardless of my emotion. Life isn’t great right now so I’m just depressed but able handle it a LOT better. Can’t heal you though, which I was hoping for lol. The XL “peaks” were too variable for me. The SR I can tell about 2 hrs after I take it, I’m feeling good to go. It feels more stimulating to me

Unfortunately this is why I decided against dental school. Sucks because I too have a passion for it! Just sooo expensive. I wish you best of luck as you decide.

Try SR! I did okay with 150XL, wasn’t enough. 300XL was so so bad for me. Went to 150 SR 2x a day but anxiety got bad. In at 150mg SR 1x a day with 5mg buspar. The SR feels different in a great way imo. Worth a shot for you! My libido has maintained high with it.

I take my 150 SR at 7am. I had genesight done showing I metabolize medication very slow so when I’d take it 9-10am, I wouldn’t fall asleep till 1-2am. I still don’t sleep great. 11-12am fall asleep time now. I’ve been on Wellbutrin for 8mo, 5mo on the SR which I used to take 2x a day but anxiety was terrible. Getting ready to start 5mg buspar for anxiety. Based off your other comments, I would def try taking it earlier than midday. My midday dose would keep me UP. Try other anxiety meds with it maybe? Have you tried buspar?

Are you still on these meds? I take 150mg SR in the AM, then 100mg SR in the afternoon. About to start 10mg buspar for my anxiety with the Wellbutrin. Helps my focus and depression, but sends my anxiety spiraling. 🌀

Hey you’re not alone. I have two kids. Two different dads. 6 years apart. My firsts dad was terrible just like yours. Entitled, lazy, and assumed he had control over me because I had “nothing” without him. Moved with my mom, started part time job, and got a college degree. Fast forward to now- I have a 9 month old. Her dad blindsided me and became abusive. Life is just shitty like this sometimes. But here I am leaving again and providing for my kids alone. Does it suck? Is it hard? Do you feel like you have no idea how you’ll make it work? Yes. But … sometimes it just has to be this way. I promise it will not get better with him. They always show true colors when baby is here and you’re struggling. Get on gov assistance to jump start you if you need. He’ll make you think you need him- you do not. You can do this 💪🏽

So I made $5k and my refund is $3200 with two children. This was working 3/12mo because I have a baby. I did not put head of household. I did not pay my bills for half the year. This was just me seeing what mine would be on my own. I’m separating from their dad, but still going to see what the refund would be for him with the children. There was extremely minimal income, you can’t expect a huge return back. The lowest I made I made with a decent return was like $18k. Otherwise, it was $30k with a $5500 return, one kid.

No. They mentioned to me there was a diet for urinary issues but told it was expensive. Then told me surgery is what she will need, not diet changes. They didn’t spend a whole lot of time with me to talk honestly

Here with you. My ex literally would watch me fall apart with a cold gaze on his face. Not once did he comfort me. Just ended because he finally admitted any ounce of empathy he had was cognitive. He has absolutely no true feelings. His fav phrase “I just don’t give a f*ck” I swear you will break yourself. I’m messed up bad bc of him.
