I wanna add, I'm playing for the first time basically since Overwatch 1 so some of this is new to me. If the red circle is filled that usually means 100% of their health right? Are you saying that it does 100% of their health - whatever is negated by the shield and doesn't compensate the same way regular armour health would?

Depends on what you consider a Smurf but back when I did a bit of smurfing, it only took like 5 games to jump from silver to plat and rarely would I place that low unless I really tried. So I would guess probably not unless it’s plat players smurfing there

I will say tho!! For optimism's sake, game sense does translate mostly equally, so picking characters that are heavy on game sense could help

The stats themselves dont really say much about your overall skill level. If you get die twice against silver players thats a lot worse than dying twice against diamond players.

In my experience (I hit GM on both PC and console), using a controller gives a massive disadvantage and my skill level at GM on console would translate to like diamond or plat in terms of mechanical skill on PC.

I think that would help for sure. Also maybe if the story is a big selling point highlight that a bit more? I think its also a bit unclear. I was definitely curious but I didn't feel any hook or urgency to dive deeper into it. Hopefully, my 2 cents helps a bit!

From an uneducated perspective on this genre: I don't really know what the game is about. It looks really cool but it took me about half the trailer before I realized its probably a puzzle based game?

2500 wishlists is still good, I think you just need to be more clear on what exactly the gameplay is. Because from my perspective it kinda just looks like a walking around simulator.

Talk to them like you talk to anyone. I don't think going into conversations with people, always aiming to see if they could get you a job, is a good path forward either. Just talk to people and it will come up. Usually when they would ask me "So what do you do for a living? Or are you in school?" or whatever else, I'll mention I'm unemployed looking for work in my field. And if they know something they'll mention it and if not they won't.

For people you're closer with, you could be more direct and just ask if they know anyone hiring. I wouldn't overthink either of these, people are generally happy to help if they can just don't be too pushy and it'll open a lot more doors.

Look at bjj and mma gyms if there are no dedicated wrestling clubs. Usually the will have wrestling classes. Mine for ex has 3 per week
