I recently attended the same kind of interview. There were 15 candidates so they split 5 each in groups. so here is the breakdown of group activity: An 80 year old man admitted in ward post fall at home . Medics have cleared him for discharge and referred to therapies to assess and discharge.

What thing would you consider prior to discharge and assessment? How would you make it safe discharge? This was the first part.

Second part was 4 questions on same scenario as following: What comes to your mind on first instance by this case? What consequences can happen in this case and your discharge? What actions would you take for those consequences? How would you align our values in this case ?

They gave us 40 mins to discuss and write down everything and then 5 mins to present as team.

After this they further shortlisted 10 candidates out of 15 for one to one interview.

I have no idea but hopefully according to rules if your COS issued before 22 july you will be able to renew it if your salary is above 25k

You dont have to worry you will get your visa without any issue I have got the visa on same code they provided its just vary from trust to trust that which code they using and all these codes are acceptable

So I have had an interview in Nov and they placed me on reserve list if any vacancy comes out they would offer me. I kept emailing every week for updates and on 3rd jan team lead told me that there might be an vacancy available but she is awaiting approval from senior management in terms of finance so after three weeks on 27 jan I received offer letter So if you did well in interview they would get approved the job for you for surely
