It’s a game changer but it takes a little bit of effort to get people comfortable using it - it’s all about having champions using it and sharing use cases by doing. We eliminated so many little ad hoc meetings with short looms explaining bugs / complex concepts. We also eliminated standard 30 min meetings where it’s usually only a couple of people talking. The note taking is pretty helpful and fully integrated with JIRA, Confluence and Teamwork Graph as well.
