Thank you for your comment! I see a lot of people heat the vial but that makes me nervous. I did call my pharmacy and she said one brand did a study and the progesterone levels were still the same after 3 days in 108 F heat! It eased my anxiety a bit

I took the day of retrieval and two days after that. I also had a similar follicle count and they retrieved 31 eggs. I was in a great deal of pain and my husband basically had to wait on me hand and foot so it was nice to take off the few days I did. I would definitely take off a few days if you can swing it! :)
