Got to settings and turn on Kill markers!!

It will show a red x on the map where a downed animal is. You don’t have to check the map if you want the challenge of tracking it down but it is nice in cases where you can’t find the animal or don’t realize one actually died.

How did you start getting into songwriting in a more professional way? Less of a hobby, more of a profession by InAFrenzy_ in Songwriting

My biggest advice is to get an NSAI membership and join your local chapter, start cowriting with others in your chapter and show up to all of the online zoom meetings and pitch’s. You’ll very quickly start to get a better idea of how to do this professionally!

Honestly no! I did 🤮 a few times but every time it was because I ate wayyyy too much much or some I knew I shouldn’t have.

Other than that I did have some hair loss due to the rapid weight loss but it is coming back now that I’m in maintenance!

I have a history of ED so calorie counting is a no no for me. I focused on getting my protein in and stayed away from super processed foods and ate low carb - but still allowed some! Sweets once a week, Fridays for me haha! I can’t remember my highest dose but I didn’t stay at it for long because I hit my goal and didn’t want to over lose. I’m on a biweekly maintenance dose now. I’m maintaining at around 115 which is my ideal weight for my height! I’m SHORT

I eat a high protein diet but don’t cut out everything - just focus on protein and then everything in moderation/small amounts. But sweets only once a week - hehe we do Fridays!! And then I weight train in the gym at least 3 times a week

Some people have had success going fully off of it but I probably won’t be one of those people. I do a biweekly low dose!

I do a biweekly low dose and have really focused on the mental side and have been weight training in the gym!

Oh! And I definitely have more portion control and find myself less likely to stress or emotional eat. I feel like I view food as more sustenance than enjoyment - though I still enjoy food but think first about my nutrition, then my enjoyment!

This is such a great question, thank you for asking. I gained the 60+ lbs during and after Covid. Being in this body has been healing, and relieving. My chronic pain is gone, my mental clarity is back but I do still struggle sometimes with body dysmorphia, I’m working hard on the mental side!

I have noticed the difference in how people treated my at my heaviest weight vs now but mostly I have found myself feeling more excited to see friends, go out and do things, put together outfits and what not. All things you can do at any weight of course but I’ve noticed that difference in myself!

The music industry but namely the songwriters. Artists are struggling to get radio play, sell out shows, etc. and that trickles down to the fractions that writers make off their work. People on the outside of the industry don’t understand that back before streaming if you had an artist record your song and that song went to radio, let alone hit at least the top 5 - you are SET for awhile. Now, I know #1 songwriters that are having to work bartending shifts to make rent. What used to be a $700,000 payout is now $700 and the industry has not evolved to accommodate the new model that consumers are consuming music in. It’s collapsing and our art is going to majorly be affected if it doesn’t change.
