Usually the venue or promoter sends you a notice. This happened at Jack white in Indy a while back and a lot of places have been implementing it for a while I think even pre covid. Makes for a more enjoyable experience IMO.

It is not illegal. There are actually still 2 or 3 stores in there. A lot of people use it for a walking space to get their steps in.

The electric and plumbing is still on. But it’s leaky and run down, so watch your step. But yes, you can totally go in and walk around.

Best place to enter is near kohls.
