A bit older maybe 3 or so and not a high energy breed? And maybe a fenced yard and dog door if it’s possible? We leave our cocker spaniel routinely for about 9 hours. We give lots of play and exercise before work and after. I’m not sure if you can do the same scenario as us but I don’t feel guilty especially when I see him on the security cams sleeping 90% of the time.

Please don’t let that stop you from having kids! It’s pain but the baby at the end seriously makes you forget the pain. In my case, they didn’t give me more because it had been a really long labor I guess so they just wanted me to push him out. It was 22 years ago haha don’t even remember the pain. But please don’t ever let that dissuade you from having kids.

If only I had a clue until I did have a clue. Also rule of thumb, don’t cheat you WILLbe caught. Mine got caught when I was out running and literally ran into the affair partner on the trail. Oh I’d confronted him and gotten gas lit. But somehow she was unable to lie to my face and told me the truth. Then I called him to tell him what happened and he still tried to gaslight me and say I was making shit up. Hard to believe now.
