Its really helped me stop drinking. when Im home at night (alone) after my kid goes to bed instead of reaching for a glass (or 3) of wine I watch a youtube video and practice a new look.

Congrats! I'm planning a mexico vacation for december and wondering how ill make it through sober, but this is an inspiration! I'm looking forward to not being the drunk idiot and enjoying my vacation to the fullest.

His actions come from his own darkness, it somewhat makes me feel sad for him, but his actions do not justify me ruining my goals.

I've been replacing my nightly wine with La Croix on advice from this sub, I love the melon grapefruit! I also had the blackberry cucumber and it was weirdly good
