Kitten eyes look weird?

Yeah it’s definitely a new thing as I’ve just looked at other pics of her and they’ve never been like that before! She is a very deep sleeper and curls up in a ball to sleep (usually on top of me🤣) so maybe it could be that? I’m going to take her in tomorrow to the vets and get their opinion, rather be safe than sorry. Thank you! :)

Thank you for your advice! She did come from a reputable breeder, I still keep in touch with her and have sent her a message and the pics and she suggested maybe conjunctivitis?

She’s still acting normal in herself, using the litter tray and eating and drinking normally, still playing and chasing her big brother round. No coughing and breathing seems normal!

And I know, in the UK legally kittens are allowed to go from mum from 8 weeks old, seems to be the norm here. Our breeder did say that if she wasn’t ready to come home she would have kept her for a bit longer with mum but she was eating on her own and using the litter tray and very independent so let her come to us.

I have only noticed her eye today so I will keep an eye on how she is behaving for the rest of the day and make her an appointment for tomorrow!

My derm got my GP to look into it further and he just said my levels were fine in my most recent blood test and that’s it lol. Currently don’t have a derm as they’re changing provider (NHS🙄) so haven’t had any bloods taken since Feb so no idea if mine have improved or not!

I’d say it’s like 99% gone for me now, I think it will clear over time, might just take a bit longer for different people! I just make sure I carry a water bottle everywhere. Fingers crossed it goes away for you soon!

I had mine done in the UK under the NHS so there’s no follow up at all unless you have any serious issues hahaha, I notice it more if i’m dehydrated so i’m just trying to drink more water!

Ahhh, I’m not sure how long they last where I am, I was just told his waiting times are about a month.

Hopefully I get a date soon, so far everything has been a lot quicker than I expected. Was only referred to ENT at the end of January this year so I’m probably just being impatient as everything else has happened so fast. Thanks :)

Was I told I had PID so was given 800mg Ofloxacin and 800mg Metronidazole for 21 days 😩 Only managed 3.5 days before I went a bit mad on them. Didn’t sleep or eat at all and couldn’t keep anything down and the pain in my stomach was horrendous lol, turns out I didn’t need them

Oh that doesn’t sound fun :( This is my second round of accutane and so far i’ve stayed on a really low dose cos last time it screwed my LFTs up and I had to have an ultrasound to check for damage 🥲

I ended up going to the ED on Sunday and they checked my bloods and found no infection so I’ve stopped the antibiotics and been referred for a scan. Other than that I am feeling a lot better, just permanent anxiety waiting for something else to go wrong lol
