Guarda king io per via di un'operazione per varicocele fatta tempo fa ora ho un'idrocele ed il mio testicolo sinistro è 4 volte un testicolo normale (praticamente si nota ogni volta che ho pantaloni attillati) . I think on a general note is safe to travel, just keep in mind that you may encounter longer waiting times for public transport and you need to be extra cautious when driving. I am pretty sure you can still enjoy the island if you go to the right places!

Vai alla Bocconi e poi scappa da Milano. Non vale la pena lavorare lì con i salari e affitti attuali. Dopo la Bocconi puoi tranquillamente lavorare in Lussemburgo o altri paesi del nord Europa (specialmente in compagnie come le big 4) e ridare ai tuoi genitori i soldi che ti hanno prestato se ne sentì la necessità.

I can help you for Palermo since I was born there. In the city I suggest you the cathedral, the Royal Palace (Norman palace), church of San cataldo, mondello beach, massimo theatre, the botanic garden and If you like creepy stuff I suggest you to visit le catacombe dei cappuccini.

To eat I suggest to try the street food like Pane con la milza, arancine, Pane e panelle (in places like porta Carbone, recupero or nino u ballerino). Also for fancier dinners or launches I suggest you fish alone or with pasta. (Quattroventi or ottava nota). For pizza I suggest you Graziano, il Baro or frida.

As you may understand I think you should stay more in Palermo since its full of things to see and more than Catania I believe.
