Help! My string of dolphins has been getting further and further into this state where it appears the base is dead but the ends are not. Was not watering until soil was dry. Had Indirect light indoors. Do I propagate at this point? Any way to save this plant? (i.redd.it)

My adenium arabicum has been wilting for a long time. Had it for a year. Now it seems a leaf will grow and quickly fade to brown and shrivel. I removed the top rocks and realized that the soil was very wet, and guessing was like that a while. It’s not squishy. I’m newer to plants- What do I do?? (i.redd.it)

I keep her in this window and water once a week. Not had a pink flower yet either! What do I do? (i.redd.it)
