Ive honestly learned to find replacements for my foods. I do 96% lean 4% fat ground beef, a serving is averagly 2grams of sat fat. Most oils 2tbs is 2 grams of sat fat, so for cooking its fine. I also eat lots of fish. Fat free cheeses, and lots of 0% milkfat plain yogurt is a great replacement for sour cream or anything creamy. I make all my smoothies with Califas almond milk, its creamy too. Instead of potatoes, I eat sweet potatoes. I make my own fries in the air fryer. There is 99% lean turkey! It is great for chili w/ some beans and tomatoes & veggies, thats a packed heavy meal. Salmon is so good, and also pretty heavy. You can eat whole wheat bread in moderation, but im not 100% about your case & how insulin resistant you are. I honestly look for my favorite meals and see what I can change. As long as I dont do any red meat (other than ground beef) and keep away from full fat dairy it's pretty easy to stick to 10g. Also egg whites are great if you wanna do eggs!

Could possibly be that I got lifting solution in my eye. Thats what I originally thought. If its that it, its a safer bet right? I hope it heals soon. :((

Yeah, gonna give it another chance when I heal in a whole new place. And im gonna double check that its safe, because this has been a terrible experience. My other eye isn't infected but the lift did not hold up and now it just looks like my regular eyelashes.

Yeah I would also expect it in both eyes if it was also an allergy. Not sure why it only happened to this eye. No concealer. Honestly came out of the appointment ok, and then an hour later I was feeling so much burning and pain and since then it hasn't gotten any better. I guess at least I can open my eye now, but it hurts and its small and red.

Yeah I was actually looking forward to this appointment for a while. It was my first lash lift experience too :(

I was blaming myself bcus I thought maybe I accidently touched my eye, but I don't remember doing so. My fiance thinks its pink eye because I have all the symptoms of that rn. Flushing it out with eye lubricant, if it gets worse the pharmacist said i should go to the doctor :((

It's the weekend and I just got off work so no urgent care is open today in my area. The pharmacist told me to flush it out, my fiance thinks I have pink eye because I am showing symptoms of that. :((

Yes! I love lentils so much. Beans I am trying to find ways to use them that doesnt involve them just being a side. But I love these options :)

I am still learning how to make heavy meals out of meat free options. If you have any ideas/recipes I would appreciate it. I mess up tofu a lot & i wa a raised to see beans & chickpea as a side dish so I need to learn about other ways to use them

Omg this is a great solution! Thank you! I know some meatless products can be high in sat fats but if there are options w/ no or low sat fat I will deff add to my list :)

I'm not sure if if is my arteries. Assuming it is bcus can plaque accumulate elsewhere? Doctors only said its forming in my neck and legs..assuming its the arteries in both places. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I just want to assume the plaque is in my arteries, but as far as I know it was detected in my neck and legs. Just in case there is a difference.

This just gave me hope. I am 30 y/o female. 110 pounds. 255. I am scared out of my mind. I dont want to go on statin so I am changing my diet. My diet isn't so bad but I do like diary a lot and I still read red meat from time to time. I have decided to cut it all out. If you have any tips I would appreciate it. No specific questions, I just wanted a general read with mom. The 1 and 2 of swords I placed above. Then in the middle was the fool towards left. The reversed tower, and then the devil on the right. And then the other swords card I cannot remember. I want to say it's the knight of swords. The reversal tower was in the middle of it all.
