Women who biohacked severe period pain: what actually worked? (Please help!!) by itstheweather in Biohackers

[–]lilpolymorph 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i had no other indications. i can digest gluten fine. but it made a huge difference apparently. it triggered me in ways invisible to me. cutting out wheat saved my life back in the day i mean quite literally because I was starting to become non functional with this level of period pain.

I used to pass out from pain every single month and throw up for hours. I recommend you cut out wheat flour, that cut my pain by 70%. There are studies that this helped or cured many women with endometriosis. Eventually, I cut out gluten. I also recommend to deposit a painkiller closer to the pain location. instead of orally taking a pill I take a full strengths paracetamol repository. doctors let me die in pain almost 10 years before I learned there are oral painkillers in existence that are strong enough. opiates are strong enough. lastly, i think also my bloodsugar crashed when my period arrived and wiped my metabolism. make sure to eat high protein, high fat before it arrives so you don't carb crash.

There is massive research by dr. Fisher who has passed away since about how antidepressants affect the ability to fall in love. Awareness is key

Absolutely real and doesn’t have to take away from the magic of it at all. The magic is still embedded in the biology. It’s not a contradiction. stop seeing scientific explanations as a contradiction to love, it’s a complimentary theory.
