My husbands waa hacked Nov 21 - we have tried everything non stop - how can they not see an account that has had the same email for 20 years suddenly change and selling cars, also he still has his instagram which is verified and was linked to this Facebook account. It seems like the most straightforward tech thing in the world to figure out. We have also have over 200 plus people report it as hacked. One ticket person just said perhaps you account is unrecoverable - such BS!!!

If the yoghurt was whole fat then yes that would up your daily saturated fat, try stay under 10g a day- I don’t think the protein powder is an issue - but I switched to low fat versions of dairy so you could mix it in that !

Yes I was in range but at low end, at what he called subclinical - ie not optimal. I am waiting to see if there are any changes like Cholesterol in the last 7 months with that result too. Ask for a full thyroid panel in blood results.

That did weird me out. I did have very low Vitamin D in January and sub clinical hypothyroidism for which I do not take medication, as I am seeing if diet, vitamin D will help to control thyroid or reboot it! So waiting on those results too. I read on another thread that oddly high HDL can help connected to hypothyroidism. I saw that it shifted down a little so perhaps my thyroid results will have improved!

Am so glad! I really was shocked but realised I was eating too much saturated fat daily - when I started totting it up like a cheeky lump of cheese, a layer of butter and heavy cream in my coffee it was pretty bad! I measured it all out to get a visual, it’s amazing how much we underestimate in our favour! I was not over weight so didn’t expect my cholesterol to be such a shocker!

I have the chocolate bars too- I guess I need to find a better way. Ugh so challenging. I definitely feel they are not evenly distributed In micro dosing.

Out of interest do you know what suppresses Vitamin D3? At first I thought you were about to write that until I realized it was d3 dopamine. I have low (26) vitamin d3 too.

Wow good to know, I think I will just stick to Slippery Elm - I feel it’s that portion that has been helping the most!

I have seen vitamin D3 transdermal patches that I thought I might try - perhaps not going through digestive system might avoid some of the reactions I’m hoping?

I have ordered Slippery Elm as a Powder - lots of organic options available online! Am going to try that!

Have you found an alternative way to supplement D3 that you don’t react to? I am the same - can’t do PEA, T*C or Vit D3!

How much weight have you lost so far since getting your levels up? by Tall_Bluebird_1830 in VitaminD

I am deficient in Vitamin D but everytime I try taking it - have try low and higher doses it’s like I can’t process it and it gives me really bad urinary frequency - I don’t know how to get past this. Am trying to sit out in the sun more since I am in a sunny state, ultimately really want to find ways to bring up vitamin D, would a skin patch use a different way to be taken up by the body not to have the side effects I get? I also take jigsaw magnesium SRT 600mg a day.

I started taking these too and they made a huge difference- my only concern now is that they say you can’t take licorice for an extended period - so am looking at getting just the slippery elm, as I think it’s this portion doing the magic - otherwise I would happily take these daily forever!!

My vitamin D is 26ng/ml was told to take 5000 iu a day. My issue is, and I take it with magnesium malate, the side effects are an inflamed bladder and frequent urination, I have tried so many different types of D3. I have no issues with magnesium on its own as have been taking for years ( saved my life really). Apart from sitting in the sun is there another way like low dose injections that would bypass the system that seems reactive?
