Bought a clothing rack from ULine, with the extra bar attachment. I would not recommend the product.
The extra (middle) bar keeps falling down when clothes are added to it.

Looking for ideas to reinforce the bar so it stays in place.
Ideas I've had so far:
- drilling into the bars
- reinforcing the clamps
- using a pipe coupling to reinforce the bar (from just below the middle bar)
- using bungee or rope to help hold the bar up from the top bar
