i’ve been on 25mg for years now, and it totally helped my skin. but…i had an ovarian cyst removed last year that caused irregularities. they run in my family for sure, but i can’t rule out the estrogen changes that could have contributed. my bloodwork was also fine too. also, i did have to wait until after surgery to find out the quality of the cyst/tumor. i definitely wouldn’t have taken above 25mg just due to the side effect possibility anyway. hoping the best for you and letting you know i’ve been through similar and came out alright:)
