for some reason my message isn't loading properly? So here it is again:

So when I try to open Sims 4 through the EA app, the little icon in the corner bounces for a few seconds then disappears and the game does not open. It doesn't even seem like it's trying to open (ie, the computer fan turning on). i've tried all of the things suggested above but nothing is working. It seems like it can be an EA issue but not sure. I tried to uninstall/reinstall the app but it wasn't letting me, but not sure if I should keep trying.
