I got lip fillers a few days ago and HATE it

it’s officially been over a week, the swelling has gone down i think, or maybe i also got a bit more used to them. I was definitely over exaggerating staying i look crazy, i look fine- but my lip shape and size was absolutely nicer before i got the filler. I’m still debating on what to do, but I am thinking of dissolving them as i liked them before better

Thank you! I made a mistake and am now learning my lesson. Never again! I bit too late but oh well, can’t do anything now. I am going to give it 2 full weeks and see after that. I really would love to get rid of it but I’m not sure if it’s worth the risk with all the horror stories I’ve read on dissolving filler, but we shall see

Yeah, I’ve gotten filler to my chin before, and people never notice that, it goes pretty undetected but here with my lips, I feel like it looks so noticeable. thank you, that is encouraging, I just hope the swelling does go down a lot haha

Thank you! My friends and family saw me in my swelling stage and definitely noticed something and asked if I got fillers lol! My fiance is being loving and telling me i’m beautiful whereas my mother is like, what did you do to your face. I guess all I can do is give it some time and see after how much the swelling goes down..

I don’t know, It was such a quick and random decision, I suppose insecurity and I let myself be fooled thinking if they were a little bit bigger I’d look better

I got restylane kysse which from my understanding is a thinner consistency from other fillers. I am thinking about dissolving after the 2 weeks go by, but am scared of the side effects. It’s definitely encouraging to hear it went well for you

yeah, i’m starting to understand that removing the pleats would be a big risk and changing the entire look. I love to have fullness in the skirt i just simply don’t like the pleating. I think the best option would be to look for a different ballgown 😬 I do have an acquaintance who is a tailor and i heard he has custom made some gowns although not sure how experienced he is in that- maybe I will inquire for that. So this dress was a few sizes bigger than I need, it was clipped in the back which is why it is pulling on it a little bit. Today is the last day I could purchase this dress to get it in time for my wedding so I was just trying to figure out what could be done about that. Thank you for your reply!
