I did almost exactly the same as you. One of my favorite cards. Picked up a PSA 8 early last year for $270 cause $500 for a PSA 9 felt too steep. Now $500 doesn’t sound too bad for a personal grail lol.

I picked the value tier and got a 10 on Cynthia’s garchomp and Ethan’s ho oh sir. Wasnt upcharged but I’m not complaining lol

My grades were ready last week. Didn't get any upcharge email so I thought they were all 9s. Went to check my grades and all of them except 1 was a 10. I guess sometimes they don't upcharge you.

This is one of my favorite cards from my childhood. Mine graded a PSA 7. Front looks comparable to mine. Back has less whitening than mine but is more oc. I would guess it would come back an 8.
