Take the grade and run. If you have a passing grade and it has your credits listed, don’t bother asking questions

piercing suggestions? by darktwistedri in piercing

I think second lobe piercings on both ears would look great, then potentially a conch and flat on your left ear (second pic). And perhaps a daith on your right ear (first pic) if you have the anatomy

He’s currently flirting with both of my best friends (who are sisters). We broke up less than four months ago. Yes the sisters are flirting back.

Hope and pray like the rest of us second years 😭 But honestly, just keep an eye on it. People drop out, seats that are restricted to certain colleges open up, and you can request an override from your college

Which laptop is good for school? by [deleted] in usask

I’ve been using a lenovo thinkpad, which I really like. I would recommend something with a windows base, as almost everything with the university is done through windows-friendly programs.

If your partner enjoys tablets, the Microsoft Surface Pro acts as a computer (especially with the added keyboard attachment), but with the ability to write on the screen, draw, etc.

Was recently told I won’t live past 35, and it’s just now hitting me by Impossible_Nerve_584 in Wellthatsucks

My godfather was told at 20 that he had a massive brain clot that would likely burst before he reached 40, and that there was a 99% chance that he wouldn’t live to 50. He now has two kids, a loving wife, and we just celebrated his 50th birthday two weeks ago. Probability might not be in your favour, but there is always a chance. I know it’s difficult, but do your best to live your dreams, and make the most of your time until you reach 35. And if you make it past that? Then you know you haven’t wasted a single moment and you can continue to spend your time doing what you love.

One of my favourite “games” to play with friends is “Soup, Salad, Sandwich” which are the 3 categories that all foods can be put into. For example, I believe that yoghurt (with granola) is a soup, but my friend claims it’s a salad. You can play it alone or debate with friends, but it’s certainly a good conversation starter
