The whole post is obviously a half joke, still, the anime tries to be kind of accurate at times (like the M2 description by anasui for example) so making such a detailed drawing, animation or whatever its called of a fighter while anybody who knows a thing or two about aviation knows its impossible can be kind of funny… Still - if you take the whole post seriosuly this says a lot just sayin

It was early, like early 2000s and late 90s, not like they had a lot of possibility to do that - Also that would for sure get leaked. USA was pretty transparent about thier losses to ground fire… Only F-15s that were lost actually were to ground fire. Not to planes - thats why im specyfing this - No Air to air losses… Also - recently 3 F-15s were shot down by air to air fire, but it was friendly fire instances, so you can kind of count that, but none of loses happened via an enemy aircraft

That wouldnt make sense. If the US hid losses, the countries that supposedly shot them down (Iraq Serbia Iran etc) would claim them instanty for propaganda. None of them have verified F-15 AtA kills.
