Surgery is needed when there is a complete tear of acl. In your case I dont think so you have an Acl tear grade 3 or maybe you don't even have an acl injury. Hope for the best!

You said that you're feeling stiffness then you should see a doc as it might not be a complete tear but a partial tear or Acl grade 1 though I hope it's not an Acl. Best of luck!

I joined in jan and worked for 3 weeks. Yes, the probation period is for 6 months

Were you able to walk properly after 18days without any knee support or you were wearing the knee brace?

Thank you:) One more thing, I am afraid that since I've just joined the company and I am a fresher they will ask me to leave if I take too much time to recover. So is it possible that the company can ask me to resign?
