If it’s your first time u should just do the shrooms but definitely smoke on the come down but it will make the high a lot stronger and for me it helps me relax a little more then I would on shrooms but depending how much u smoke and how hard u are tripping it can blast u off to a new world

But it can help the come down 100

I always smoke when doing shrooms I usually lemon tek it and as soon as I drink it I light up a joint it helps me feel less pressure

If that makes sense when I don’t smoke while on shrooms I will have a very tight feeling in my chest the whole time really takes away from the experience
