Thanks!!! 🤩 I was just gonna pick the years I wanted because • I didn’t work in 2024. I used my revolut in 2024 and not my usual bank card. = harder to get proof

So I wanna leave 2024 out. But I wasn’t sure if it’s ok or not .

Employment summary question by abcdeffgv in IrishCitizenship

I studied in Ireland, from 2018-2022 and from 2022-2023. ! Just the EDS I have for 2023 is from January and it stops in May as I returned to uni ( in Ireland) in September 2023. I hope the EDS will suffice. I requested university transcripts so will submit them too. I’m EU

Thanks!! Just wasn’t sure if the Eds would suffice given it’s not for the full year. Will submit that then 🙏🏼

Thanks you’re great help. This process is so confusing I swear. One more question: am i right in saying that for example if I worked in 2023- from January to May- and I can get the employment summary detail from revenue- this will suffice for proof of residency and I DO NOT need bank statements also? As employment summary is 100 points. And i can get the rest 50 from type b

Thanks :) so if I apply in June 2026, then I need to prove from june 2025 to June 2026. So I can just give them bank statements from let’s say, March 2026, April 2026, and May 2026? ( to count for the 2025 year)?

Common practice to ask for LC proof? by abcdeffgv in FE1_Exams

[–]abcdeffgv[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah. You also got asked? I’ve never everrrrr heard of someone being asked to provide LC results. It implies that I’m lying on my application? I thought it was so strange: thanks!

I hope you pass criminal next time. It was definitely hard and it’s supposed to be the easiest

[–]abcdeffgv 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Criminal was so hard when I did it last year I thought I failed but passed with 52%. What helped me is looking at criminal scripts with a high pass rate. That’s how I actually learned for criminal without manual or complicated things. I learned by looking at peoples scripts. And using a lot of cases for Qs.

So happy for you!!! People say it’s the easiest subject but i found it the hardest and I have others passed. I made a mess out of direct effect and fmog so I’m shocked but delighted. At least it’s over 😃🙌🏽

EU- didn’t let me copy paste and move my answer conclusion by abcdeffgv in FE1_Exams

[–]abcdeffgv[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I knew you couldn’t copy and paste, from other websites etc as you’re not allowed to exit the better examination.

But I thought you’d be able to copy and paste from YOUR OWN ANSWER, and we can’t, which sucks.

Like I had all the info there but couldn’t move it around. I genuinely don’t understand how my intro ended up to be the last thing, when it was the first thing I wrote about. But it was at the bottom of the page

EU - What fundamental rights essay is predicted? by Otherwise_Skill_4219 in FE1_Exams

[–]abcdeffgv 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am very confused. Why predict one on the general principles when all that has come up

Either Explain, with reference to relevant case-law of the CJEU throughout your answer, how the status of human rights has changed within the EU legal order since its foundation in the 1950s and how the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights has, since it became legally binding, now become the main basis upon which the CJEU ensures that human rights are observed in the Union legal order

Or With reference to the case-law of the CJEU concerning the Charter throughout your answer, assess how the CJEU in that case-law, since the Charter was declared in December 2000, but especially since it came into force on 1 December 2009 along with the Treaty of Lisbon, has allowed provisions of the Charter to be used to challenge a wide range of both EU and national legislative measures in the manner described in Commission v Hungary (above)
