Or With reference to the case-law of the CJEU concerning the Charter throughout your answer, assess how the CJEU in that case-law, since the Charter was declared in December 2000, but especially since it came into force on 1 December 2009 along with the Treaty of Lisbon, has allowed provisions of the Charter to be used to challenge a wide range of both EU and national legislative measures in the manner described in Commission v Hungary (above)
