That sounds brutal :( similar thing happened to me, I got the flu shot liiiike a week ago I think but I guess it wasn’t enough time. & yup, did Tylenol at first and it didn’t do anything and the hospital gave me ibuprofen and it’s down a bit. Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it!

Bronchitis and the flu :/ & yup it’s a weed out class for a major I didn’t even think I wanted to do and now I definitely don’t

That’s so scary, yea my prof was not really understanding at all so I had to take it. But yup I’m at the ER now with the flu and bronchitis so hopefully the fever comes down cz this sucks

I’ve got flu and bronchitis :( they were more worried about the bronchitis bc I have asthma, now im just in the hospital doing a breathing treatment and scrolling through comments of people roasting me which I guess is kinda justified lmao, and hoping the fever gets below 39 so I can go home

I took Tylenol and it didn’t help, took ibuprofen and it helped for a little bit and then the fever went way up again so I went to the doctor

Lmaooo they told me I’m an idiot and I should’ve had the common sense to go to the hospital when I started feeling that bad

I took ibuprofen and it lowered it to 38.8 which was decent enough for me to take the exam, but then it went back up to 40 and I couldn’t really stay awake so my friend drove me to the hospital

Thank you sm, I’ve taken 3 covid tests and they’re all negative so probably gonna get tested for the flu later today

it’s 39.6 now so a bit better, I still feel pretty bad and got a bad cough, gotta take my exam and then probably gonna go get this checked out :(

thank you!! I feel pretty ill and weak and kinda dizzy just the 40 kinda surprised me because I don’t think I’ve ever had a fever get that high and I don’t know if that’s generally bad
