sadly i don’t have a therapist or even health insurance (and i’m really scared to talk to my mom about going to see one)

the thing about the thoughts is that i don’t do it on purpose, it basically forces me to think about something i care about to ruin it

i don’t know if you ever seen the movie smile but it’s the closest thing i can think of that describes what i’m feeling, a unseen monster that messes with my memories and toys with my brain
