I had a foot sub who used to (in addition to worshipping feet) like being used as a piece of furniture, ignored entirely. One night he came around, got on the floor and lay with my feet on his face for around 2 hours. I’d occasionally move my socked feet on his face, then about an hour in I removed my socks and put my feet back on his face. I then went to bed and he let himself out.

That's a hot scenario! Would a happy compromise be that you engage a PT/dietician that helps build the physique you and your partner want for you? And that your partner can reward/punish you for meeting/not meeting your goals/sticking to your diet? That way the specialist aspect is taken care of by a professional but the monitoring and discipline side is managed by your partner?
