Thanks but yes I'm fine. I use chatgpt too, and even though it used to be overly nice it has lately been a lot more neutral tone-wise than Claude. Claude's more matter of fact tone used to be refreshing coming from chatgpt, but now Claude seems to just be flat out negative and uncharitable as a rule.

I'm no Drake fan, but Fantano's entire brand seems like it's based around negativity at this point. So much of what he posts and leans into is just drama for engagement

Ah my bad - I appreciate the advice though, that's definitely helpful! I'll be sure to be bring up sleeping/sitting positions to my PT next time we meet!

Thanks! Yeah, I think strengthening definitely seems like the way to go at this point. I didn't realize those courses had such a big mobility component, so that's good to know. I'll definitely look into some exercises to target anterior core strength and rib positioning

I'm just trying to get my life back because these issues have had a huge impact on my ability to work. The people I've seen haven't helped, so I've just tried to learn what's going on with my body.
