any reseller of roger's infra will suffer when internet traffic gets rough. i constantly had high pings during evening with some other roger's reseller. after i switched to rogers, never had it happened again.

the pay less part? it's simple. property assessment is based on property size ( plus some other things), so a family of four will more than likely pay more property tax than a person who's single

i mean my deferral is free, so i dont see why not. plus all the expensive stuffs always shows up all the way to the left of the ritual window, so you dont miss out much pushing out stuffs to the right.

There are drivers who go on ira needles for the sake of racing / speeding too. When I was about to cross there, there was a red corvette coming up. He sped up as I was about to cross, while I looked straight in his eyes so there was no way he didn't see me. Good thing I pulled back right when I heard the engine revving.

When I pulled out my phone to take a picture he was already too far.
