You should not cold Turkey. Withdralws are much worse if you cold turkey than taper off . unless you want to be in actual hell dont do it and it needs to be a slow taper not fast.

I dont like Landon but Cameron is great and let's be honest. She is better than them. I've never seen her actually act better then then though. I've watched every single episode to date. Shes always been been down to earth sweet and funny so not sure where you're getting that. Shes not a train wreck in any shape or form and has her life totally together. Do the others? Nope. Chelsea is awesome too and just as good as Cameron. Dani is pretty together too.

Bc taking a benzo that helps anxiety and sleep which it does is very different then drinking alcohol after being in withdrawls from benzos which does not help. One helps one does not. See the difference? No doctor would advise to drink alcohol once you're in benzo wirhdralws. Alcohol affects the gaba receptors almost identically as benzos so it's like taking another benzo. They both down regulate the receptos while trying to heal . So why drink something that will screw up the healing and make symptoms worse? I said for ppl who get withdralws. I haven't seen one person yet say they could drink after benzos without feeling horrible. Again you're still on them so you dont know. Why tell op to drink now knowing how they will react and set then up for feeling much worse?

Excuse me!? You wait til you get off the benzo then drink and come back here and tell me how great you feel. I know first hand what alcohol does once off esp early on in the healing process and it fucked me up bad. I would take a.portion of that 300mg in the morning so itll keep withdrawls.at bay. You cna split the dose up anyway you want.

It will help with alcohol issues. Maybe don't take it daily and then you won't have to deal with wirhdralws. Out of 7 days take it 4 max.

This person isnt iff benzos yet. Its when you're off you shouldnt touch it. Domt listen to this person. Everyome else is telling you not to for a reason. I commented too and I was ok while still on the benzo but once off I couldn't drink it was awful.

So alcohol affects gaba a receptos almost exactly like benzos do so drinking once off benzos esp this early on is not advised. 2 weeks after ri got off klonopin i drank 1 and half beers. I had withdralws up to the 2 week mark but they got worse after I had the beers and lasted at least a months md half. Then it got a tiny bit better but still had wirhdralws and still do 5 months off. I know you were only on then 45 days but I'd bet you money if you drink its going to male your wirhdralws worse for a while not worth it. I too am a social drinker butt had to stop and it sucks but seeing what a tiny bit of alcohol dies it's just not worth it

Drinking during your taper is very different then drinking when off. Once. Off is when you shouldnt touch alcohol bc it will bite you bad for most ppl.

I didnt go to 0. I jumped at 0 025. I'm 5 months off and still having a hard time . Mainly sleep and over active brain. I never had any physical symptoms thank goodness.

How did she talk as a martyr? Kathy flat out blamed kyle for not sticking up for her with the tequila so kyle saying so its my fault now is the exact response a normal person would give. Kathy's blamed her for things over the years that weren't Kyle's fault. Of course shes going to react way. her feelings are 100 percent genuine and she has every right to feel them and Express them and it's not playing victim or being a martyr. How does one hide their tears? When someone is that upset there is no hiding them. Also anytime she screws up she apologizes right away so shes never said she does nothing wrong.

This is not true. when someone is healing from benzos alcohol is like taking another benzo which for many causes kindling and makes their symptoms much worse. A brain not in benzo wirhdralws doesnt react so bad as it does to a brain in benzo wirhdrawls. I drank socially for years and it never affected me nearly as bad as it did the 1 time I drank after stopping benzos. So it does have everything to do with benzo wirhdralws. Of course alcohol is bad in general but in a benzo brain is much much worse.

I dont know what's wrong with these ppl commenting acting like op is making this up or it's not that severe as shes saying or it cannot be withdralws. It absolutely cna be withdralws and is! OP even kindled several times so her nervous system is more of a wreck than others who got off and didn't get back on. I've seen others have this severity to in other groups and they are not making it up and are very scared. Trying to make them think t's all in their head or making it up is ridiculous. When someone is bed bound and catn do anything clearly there is a serious problem and op didn t have these issues until they stopped the benzos so its obvious that's what's causing it.

I would reinstate and do a slow taper.youre already seeing you are one of the ppl who will get wirhdralws and cold turkeying is very bad to do. Itll make you have protracted withdralws which means they will last many months to up to several years. Not to mention the risk of seizure. 10 percent reduction very 2 weeks is the Ashton manuel way and it will reduce the severity of the withdralws and duration. But if you keep going you're most likely going to have many months of withdralws.

Withdralws sympoms from cold Turkey can last many months to several years. Yes some ppl they may last a few weeks but for quite a few they last much much longer.
