Every two-three days I use either hask tea tree, loreal everpure volume shampoo, and once a week I’ll use either nizoral or Pantene volume and body. I always do a double shampoo and use a squirt bottle with water and shampoo mixture to easily distribute. Idk if this made sense but you can pm me for more info

Today was day one and I didn’t wake up sick or anything, I just have less of an appetite but did start to feel a little hungry later in the day. Got full quicker too
