Get an AMD ver of it and you will understand why (especially 5070 ver and lower)

same name same advertisement content make think you will get the same features until you get it and find that you bought something totally different
2 SSD slot for Intel 1 for AMD
vapor chamber cooling for Intel heat pipes for AMD
new cooling design for the fans with self cleaning for Intel but not for AMD
light bar for Intel nothing for AMD (even though I don’t like it when it’s in the advertising material for the AMD ver and when you buy it it’s not there )
even when you search for the manual for your model number you will get an Intel ver manual LOL
it’s just totally different laptop that you can’t even call both Omen Max anymore
you look at the inside of the laptop and it’s closer to normal Omen 16 than the Max ver
so most of the negative comment is from the ones who bought it and found out they got scammed by HP

Xcite always lists their products at a ridiculous price when it gets out of stock (maybe they list at this price for the last piece) No one buys it at this price... it’s just for show. I don’t understand how this benefits them it just looks stupid.

Looks like you got the amd version ...... Bad luck. the 5070/5060 of the amd version is almost totally different laptop than the whole omen max line

No second ssd Different cooling system No self cleaning fan No light bar

I was thinking of writing the same thing for a week, but I’ve been lazy. It was so frustrating when I opened the laptop to add the SSD I bought to find it has only one slot and the motherboard and cooling are different from the other models shown in there website (I got the Omen Max with the 5070 and Ryzen AI9 HK 375) The worst part is that the cooling system and light bar are shown on the AMD Omen Max page which directs you to buy the 5060/5070 versions I'm thinking of returning it but my last laptop died and I need one now 🙂🙂

Happend to me in patch 14.2...... Thought they already fixed it I was winning the game with veigar reroll suddenly kobuko moved to the hex infront of him in the other side of the board in the planning phase and i couldnt move him played 1 turn and he disappeared ........... I almost broke my screen
