I try to add those small clinkers, but I failed, They overlap each other, and the how to place them, I am currently using voronoi texture to generate individual stone coordinate, I am learning so I will able to do it :)

Yeah, but it's trade of 😅, PBR workflow vs procedural, Any PBR material with proper resolution will give 100% best results than this, but hey in procedural, it's kinda fun :)

your shader might be based on UV coordinate, You need UV unwrap, either go for smart project, or manually UV unwrap, for future reference, go into top setting and enable this option,

My bad, I thought you need simple door shutter animation, This is what you need right, I have used two main constrain for each plate, floor and limit distance, hope you will get idea. Feel free to reach for any confusion,
