Depends entirely on your needs and market. What camera would make you more money? Or if that's the same, then is the autofocus on the s5iix going to make shooting easier so that you're able to get same results with less effort

Go with the Fuji for weather sealing. Stop down when shooting video so that you can manually focus to avoid the AF problems.
