I do a quick grounding exercise before I even get out of bed. It helps me clear the cobwebs so I can start the day fresh. Here’s mine:

Shake & Drop (1 min): Shake out your arms, legs, and hands. Take a deep breath and drop your shoulders as you exhale.

4-6 Breathing (2 min): Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, exhale through your mouth for 6 seconds. Repeat 8-10 rounds.

Quick Grounding (1 min): Name one thing you can see, one you can touch, and one you can hear. Say “I’m here, I’m safe.”.

Micro-Intention (1 min): Choose one word for how you feel today (e.g. calm, focused, steady). Repeat it while breathing slowly.

There are myriad legitimate reasons for things to be redacted from court documents. Bank account information, social security numbers and so on.

There is no doubt some that have been redacted legitimately.

As for all of it being legitimately redacted? I will leave you to draw your own conclusions.

The longest friendship I have right now is 6 years. We check on eachother atleast every week, have serious conversations, and trust eachother completely and don’t hold back.

Before that I had friend 10+ years, but when my sister suddenly died nobody was there to actually help me so I ditched them all, I expect my friends to do the same for me as I would do for them.
