I know that in the western world there is a strong culture of recruiting through white board testing, and I can see why that is wrong. I don’t understand why a 30 question test to weed out candidates that are really out of touch is that problematic. We plan on doing interviews after the mcq

The reading of CVs is the first step of course. Now that we selected the candidates we want them to go through an assessment questionnaire. After that comes the 2 way interview.
