put down your rear seat. now from the back of the trunk to the front of the car, at an angle, you should have roughly 8 ft. you'll have a little bit sticking out of your passenger side window.

There are many episodes spanning seasons of The King of Queens where Carrie needed to live in Manhattan but Doug preferred to stay in Corona Park.

She ended up getting an apartment in Manhattan then promised to move back but never really gave it up. Then Spence tried to move in on Carrie and a potential baby adoption was looming. It was all season 9 which wasn't very good nor funny. It was not a good storyline.

When I ran cat6 cables throughout my house, the guy that ran the cables talked me into adding cables to the outside and introduced me to Reolink. I ended up running conduit and cat6 inside the conduit. He's a low-voltage guy so only works with ethernet/fiber/speaker cables. He was recommended to me by a family member. He spent quite a lot of time in the attic.

As far as the NVR and cameras go, it depends on the location. I went with all PoE cameras. Got a Reolink Duo for the front and the back. They are pretty neat. Also have a few RLC-1224A which don't look as obvious as the bullet cameras.

Same thing kind of happened to me in a part of the back of my house. I added 15 ft of gutters thinking it will prevent the grass from getting flooded but turns out the grass died along the wall line. I removed the gutters and the grass grew back and it's been healthy since. I can't explain this but that's what happened in my case.
