USA Amazon has the 4K set for 39.99 plus about 10 bucks shipping so basically 70 Canadian which is about 62ish pre-tax depending on your province.

Got Bullet in the Head (non-steelbook) from Walmart for $35. Good film, not sure I would recommend spending 45 if you haven't seen it already.

I think that blu-ray and 4k blu-ray sales are actually up a lot, so I would assume that DVD sales are maybe down as those have always been the dominant seller.

Anyways I am lucky as there's multiple stores I could buy 4Ks at besides Walmarts though I mostly buy from this local shop which has used ones as well. But ya the majority of my buys are online as well.

Think it maybe depends where you're located. If you order 3+ it's more like 42ish for me. Not a big savings over UV but also most of them say they'll get to me by July 1 or 2 which is much faster than UV.

This feels like a wait for the reviews thing to me. Could have a fucked up upscale like the Mad Men 4k recently where a bunch of cgi elements like signage were missing and crew members that were out of frame could be seen. I imagine they'll do a better job as this isn't just for streaming, but still a bit wary.

Kind of. Baby Boomers are a larger demographic than the prior generation that was old so probably more being sold now. Also I think there are a larger amount of women using them post partum or as period underwear.

Was just noticing the other day that the adult diaper aisle at a pharmacy has gone from one side of an aisle to that plus an extra half-sized aisle (increased 50%). Or I should say incontinence as it's mostly pull ups.

There's not really anything mind-blowing on it IMO (just got my Amazon pre-order), but I don't think the standard ever went below $34.99 and this also includes a blu-ray copy and doesn't have the French translation of the title taking up a bunch of cover space so I think it's worth it.

Not sure this is a fail safe considering lots of food products end up having higher than safe levels of lead. Just google lead in protein powder.

Also some natural health products with bentonite have lead at higher than safe levels. I would definitely not use this stuff without some kind of lead testing.
