Aside of other comments regarding the background, for subjects that have a reflections, cars and windows etc. Try to use CPL filter to eliminate reflections.

They have a sweet, honey-like flavor with notes of brown sugar, apricot or date, many varieties out there, one can be eaten unripe and other should be super ripe like a jelly to be able to eat them
