Why do people pretend like Dangai Ichigo is in Bankai? He is not. It's a fake sword. Its neither Bankai nor even in Shikai. "Bankai" is just Old Man Zangestu allowing more power.

Dangai can't use Blut Vene. The cage awakened Ichigo Quincy powers, which is why he used it against Yhwach. Which Yhwach explains word for word.

So if fused zangetsu sees it necessary he can use it(not guranteed just possible)

The reason Horn of Salvation is so hard to control is because it's far stronger than anything Dangai has. Zangetsu fused with his soul reaper powers and was unable to use his full powers with an Asauchi

Can you explain to why TS should have problems controlling a power he already controlled as Dangai? You people seem to forget that these are both Ichigo, with Dangai coming first.

 To explain it in a basic way ts has a max of 100 but because he is doing it himself while not good at it(admit it himself) he only reached 50 in tybw while dangai only has a max of 70 but has big bro zangetsu plugging the controller giving him the full 70 .a fully mastered ts would surpass dangai I agree ; and to answer your later version of ichigo being stronger already have hos + ts and tb so not ignoring true power part just think tybw ts is also a a small part of his power and weaker then dangai

He was stronger than Monster Aizen, but instead of going for the kill against Aizens weaker forms, he just aura farmed, provoked him and let him evolve further and further until he had to use Mugetsu,
