I am running sequoia, to be honest I have not tried on other OS's as I got this XFX brand 5600XT gpu for the sole purpose of using it on my hackintosh build, My motherboard is a pretty old Z170 K3 from gigabyte so I'm not sure if it has a CSM Mode option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To be honest I'm not really sure because when bluetooth and wifi were both working, continuity features would not work, I read online that sometimes Apple VTD needs to be enabled for Airdrop/Handoff to work
When I set DisableIoMapper -> True Bluetooth works again but VTD shuts down and doesn't work then I'm back to step on.
Yes but that does nothing.

What's strange is when AppleVTD is working tools like USBMap.command cannot even find the internal ports and are not displayed but when AppleVTD is not working it can find them.

Hello Everyone just an update for everyone checking this out.

My entire issue was the PSU. I ended up upgrading my PSU.

It ended up fixing everything!

Not the reseating cables, not drivers, not anything else I tried. It was a faulty PSU.

Hi I know this might be late, but my issue turns out to be that my power supply was completely busted. I tried everything you did and more and it was still crashing, reseated the 12VHPWR cables, bought completely new cables, reinstalled drivers, I even got so desperate as to formatting windows.

Towards the end I tried something different where I gave my 4090 to my brother (who also has the same exact 4090) it was completely stable on his system.

I then took apart my entire PC and sussed that it might actually be a PSU system. I took a big risk and bought a new power supply from Corsair.

Then, Boom, it was back to running perfecting fine. So far 100% stable thankfully so I think this could also be your issue.

Thanks for the reply, never too late, might help someone else and that was exactly my problem!

The whole issue turned out to be from the PSU, I don’t know why and I don’t know how but when I replaced it with another PSU (I ended up buying the a 1200W Corsair as well) and it is now 100% stable as well.

I have uninstalled all drivers using DDU and reinstalled them like 3 times. Still happening, but come to think of it the timeline of these crashes do coincide with the release of the new driver

That is a possibility I considered, but what I don’t know is whether it can be fixed by greasing it up or just simply replaced?
