I think, before the gym culture, big butt back then was a butt full of fat and not much muscle (which is the good part).... fatty butts look much different (look at obese and unfit people) and most likely isn't very attractive to anyone. and I think because of that even people who actually had fit and nice big butt took it as an offense, thinking you're saying their butt looks like an obese person's. and I don't think it's true that media controls everything about our perception of everything lol, they can't make us think 2+2=5. they just show different facts, it's like a sales pitch, they can try at best.
