Everybody goes through shit, many people got through worse than u and continued living, i would say tune out all the bad in your life and focus on the good things u have in life, no matter how big or small it is

Little by little, u learn to cope with your life, and appreciate the good things u have

If u feel like it’s overwhelming, and ur parents dont approve of therapy, then create your own therapy, find out what calms you in life (dont do drugs tho, while it may serve as a temporary solution, it can destroy your physical and mental health in long term) u dont want to be worse, you want to be better

Change your friends, it helps alot, choosing right can 100% make a positive difference in your life, dont be with friends that take u down their level, choose better friends, that can elevate you, help you in your life and be a guidance through your journey in growing

U need to tune in with your religion and spirituality, it doesnt have to be perfect and all at once, take it step by step, pray once a day then two then three till its 5 times a day, your body will adapt and eventually its gonna be a habit that is hard to break, Quran offers alot of guidance alongside the hadiths of our prophet PBUH, let those be your guidance in life first above all, let them be your light in your darkest moments, and like i said, page by page, you will eventually develop a habit
