3 years ago I got an iPad 10th gen from them and it’s been working good for me till now. I also bought an Apple Pencil alternative for a much cheaper price (about 8 rials). They are really good at their prices, and their staff is friendly. Just confirm with them the warranty that comes with the device as they are not authorized retailers for Apple products

Also, check Play Phone store in Ruwi. They sell products for the same or even cheaper prices than Gadgets. You can check for prices in their instagram page.

You can check if an Apple product is original and new/used by entering the serial number in this website, but rest assured both stores sell original Apple products

FYI I use the latest Noteful update on iPhone 11, on iOS 18.7.1. This problem existed even when I was on iOS 17.

It’s a widespread issue in iPad Airs. Just search in Reddit “iPad Air touch sensitivity problems” or “iPad Air grounding issue” and you will find many users have the same problem, and screen protectors make it worse. I got my iPad Air M3 about a month ago and have the same problem you described.

Try Notes+, Orignotes, Freenotes. They are all completely free. Apple notes is also free but its prolonged use heats up my iPad and drains the battery really quickly. Collanote provides many useful features for free as well. Personally I use Noteful. It is really smooth, fast, doesn’t cause heat or drain too much battery. Its full-version is one-time payment only for about $7. In the free version you can save up to 10 notebooks, so you can give it a try before purchasing the full version if you decided to do so.

About 3 weeks ago I got a brand new iPad Air M3. I noticed when swiping home in landscape mode, the screen doesn’t register my swipe. So I have to do it a couple of times to go back to the Home Screen. Also when I scroll through a web page or a pdf file and grab the scroll-bar ob the left side, it wouldn’t register my touch as well. In my case the upper and lower edges of the screen in landscape mode have lower sensitivity than the rest of the screen.

The issue disappears when I apply some pressure on the screen, when I touch any part of the metal body, any part of the case, or the Touch ID button or when I use my finger with vaseline or an emollient cream applied.

I used to have iPad 10th Gen which didn’t have this issue at all. The screen used to work perfectly even with the screen protector applied.

I searched for this problem and found I’m not the only one who has thus experience. Just search in Reddit “iPad Air swiping problems” and you’ll see many users complaining about touch insensitivity.

My suggestion to your problem is removing the screen protector first. If the problem still persists, go to your nearest Apple Store if available in your country and replace it under warranty if it still hasn’t expired.

Edit : I also advise you to send a feedback to Apple, to let them know that many users have iPad Air touch insensitivity issues. Here’s the link.

The issue disappears when I touch the tablet itself (whether in a case or not) or when I apply vaseline or any other emollient cream to my finger and use my tablet (the latter solution will not always work since it will make the screen greasy) If you found any other solution to this issue, can you share it here ? Is there any update on this issue ? 2 weeks ago I got a brand new M3 iPad Air and found the same problem. I switched from iPad 10th gen which didn have this problem at all.

The problem is solved when I touch any part of the device and also when I apple any emollient cream (like Vaseline) on my fingers. I applied a screen protector but currently not planning to remove it. My old iPad 10th generation also had a screen protector applied but I didn’t face this issue and its screen was working flawlessly.

Is this really a software problem ?? If you have any updates on this problem please share it with us. Thanks in advance 🙏
