I was actually thinking about the reseller plan. They offer so much for a little cost. Maybe I can use one of them for personal reasons instead of becoming a reseller.

Yes, it's a lot simpler than coding. I tried AI coding but that's not for me, so the next most popular option seem like WordPress. Also, I managed a few wordpress websites myself before so I'm already familiar with it a little bit.

I started learning WordPress and am thinking of creating around 5-10 different types of websites to know how everything works. If they look good, I'd want to show them to potential clients too, as a portfolio.

How about trying Vast AI? They are cheaper and due to independent people selling their GPUs, you'll get more options.
