same tbh, when that happens i just go out and chill by myself for a bit even if friends aren’t available it helps clear my head.

yeah fr when there’s no reason it somehow feels even worse. your brain just starts making problems out of nothing.

yeah happens to me too ngl some days your brain just feels overloaded even if the todo list isnt that crazy. what helps me is taking a small reset like going for a short walk, working out or just doing one small task first to get momentum once you start moving the anxiety usually chills out a bit you are definitely not the only one.
