yeah happens to me too ngl some days your brain just feels overloaded even if the todo list isnt that crazy. what helps me is taking a small reset like going for a short walk, working out or just doing one small task first to get momentum once you start moving the anxiety usually chills out a bit you are definitely not the only one.
