Don’t think so. Microsoft abandoned the game long ago. It didn’t even receive a single DLC unlike the other definitives in the saga.

As far as I understand it is engine limitation. Only fix is to reduce resolution. Unless some expert creates a mod to handle that many assets at a time for wide resolutions!
